About these terms
RapidWallet is the independently operated wallet project at rapidwallet.org. It uses open-source CoinSpace components but is not Coin Wallet, CoinSpace LLC, or an endorsed CoinSpace service. The application and its third-party components retain their respective license notices.
Scope
These conditions describe use of RapidWallet Web v1 and its currently available operations. They do not guarantee support for every catalog asset or exclude any mandatory legal rights.
Your local wallet
Wallet recovery material, unlocking and signing are handled locally in your browser. RapidWallet does not operate a password-reset or seed-recovery service. Keep an offline recovery backup and protect the device and browser. Clearing site data, using a different browser profile, or losing a password can remove access to a local vault. A password alone is not a recovery backup.
Supported operations
Available operations depend on the asset and release. A catalog listing, token logo or derived address does not establish that sending, history recovery or every token feature is supported. Sending is enabled only for individually reviewed assets and networks. Funded mainnet validation remains incomplete. Do not deposit funds into an unvalidated asset or treat an unavailable value as a zero balance. Cards, swaps and other external commercial integrations are not offered by this build.
Transactions and fees
Where transaction submission is enabled, check the network, destination, amount and total fees before signing. Network fees and confirmation times depend on third parties and chain conditions. Pending transactions are not confirmed transactions. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible; RapidWallet cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or cancel a confirmed transfer. Any product service fee must be disclosed before approval; no fee is authorized merely by accepting these terms.
External data and software
Network observations and prices may depend on external providers. Their data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Token identity must be checked by chain and contract, not by name alone. Displaying an asset is not endorsement, investment advice or a guarantee of value. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Permitted use
Use the software only when you are legally able to do so and in compliance with applicable law. Do not use it to steal credentials, compromise systems or misrepresent ownership. You are responsible for your own tax and reporting obligations. No identity-verification, exchange or regulated financial service is represented as being provided by this release.
Availability and responsibility
Software defects, hostile browser extensions, compromised devices, providers and network failures can cause harm. No guarantee of continuous availability, profit or successful recovery is made. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. No arbitration clause, governing-law selection or liability cap is imposed by these conditions.
Changes and contact
Material changes and their effective date must be published before a production release uses them. Continued access to an old local backup does not guarantee compatibility with every future release. Never send recovery words, passwords or private keys to anyone claiming to provide support. Do not use CoinSpace support as RapidWallet support; the products are operated independently.
